Applications are now open for the 2025 Lagos State Science Research and Innovation Council (LASRIC) STEM Challenge. LASRIC Is looking for fund-ready Solutions that help students deepen their STEM knowledge. The solutions should be applicable to students from Primary Schools to the tertiary level.
Application Deadline: January 31st, 2025
Focus Areas:
FutureTech, Al/Robotics, GreenTech, Inclusivity Tech, EdTech/General Tech Skills and Capacity Building.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the LASRIC STEM Award, the applicant must:
- Have valid means of identity.
- Have a startup company registered and based in Lagos.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a product/tool/solution/technique that is your original idea.
- Have a Minimum Viable Product (i.e., Have successfully implemented this solution to verifiable beneficiaries with documented impact).
- Not be indebted to the Lagos State Government through loans or support funds (e.g., LSETF).
